To get there, you need to reach the extreme northern end of Lava Beach; a well-marked trail cuts through the underbrush to access the tower.<\/p>\n<p>Duration: 1-hour round trip<\/p>\n<p>Le <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>&#8220;<em>Sentier des douaniers<\/em>&#8220;<\/strong><\/span> coast guard path<\/p>\n<p>A more difficult hike, the S<em>entier des douaniers<\/em> coastal path leads you from the holiday resort to Capo di Feno beach. This primeval beach, cut off from the rest of the world, half-way between the Lava Gulf and Sanguinaires islands, is tremendously popular among Ajaccio residents during the summer months.<\/p>\n<p>The trail leading you there gently winds its way along the coastline. The sunshine is extremely strong in this area and you must remember to bring sufficient quantities of water.<\/p>\n<p>Duration: 5-hour round trip<\/p>\n<p>Several times per week, our group leaders accompany you on hiking trails starting from the holiday resort.
