In Corsica, at midday in the mountains, we have a custom whereby we stop to savour a Spuntinu: in picnic style where we taste local specialties along with some good wine in a friendly spirit.
During an evening, our team will have you discover this local tradition. At dusk, a platter of Corsican cold cuts and cheeses is presented along with a buffet of mixed salad to arouse your taste buds. Then the meats and grilled figatellu enter the scene before a finale of dessert prepared by a local master baker.
The Spuntinu Party: Friday nights at 8:00 pm in the Restaurant
